§ 130.02 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE. Any beverage containing more than 0.5% alcohol by volume.
   BODILY HARM. Physical pain or injury, illness or any impairment of a physical condition.
   GREAT BODILY HARM. Bodily injury which creates a high probability of death or which causes serious permanent disfigurement, or which causes a permanent or protracted loss or impairment of the function of any bodily member or organ or other serious bodily harm.
   PRIVATE PROPERTY. All real estate which is not public property.
   PUBLIC PROPERTY. Land, buildings, or fixtures owned or leased by the city, formally dedicated to the public benefit or actually used by the public without formal dedication but in a manner that creates the appearance of dedicated public property.
   SMOKING. Inhaling or exhaling smoke or vapors from any lighted cigar, cigarette, pipe, electronic cigarette, electronic delivery device, lobelia delivery device, or any other lighted tobacco or cannabis plant product. The term SMOKING also includes carrying a lighted cigar, cigarette, pipe, electronic delivery device, or any other lighted tobacco, cannabis, or plant product intended for inhalation.
   SUBSTANTIAL BODILY HARM. Bodily injury which involves a temporary but substantial disfigurement, or which causes a temporary but substantial loss or impairment of the function of any bodily member or organ, or which causes a fracture of any bodily member.
