§ 111.191 ANNUAL LICENSE FEES.
   (A)   The Council will annually establish license fees as they relate to alcoholic beverages. A list of such fees is available in the City Clerk's office.
   (B)   No license fees shall be refunded.
   (C)   Liquor licenses issued other than January 1 shall be prorated for the remainder of the calendar year.
