§ 111.172 INVESTIGATION FEE.
   At the time of submitting an initial application for a cabaret license or an application for transfer of an existing license, the applicant shall pay the same investigation fee as required for an applicant for an on-sale liquor license. However, if the applicant already possesses an on-sale liquor license and is converting to a cabaret license, no additional investigation fee shall be required.
