§ 111.171 WHEN LICENSE IS REQUIRED.
   A cabaret license is required before any on-sale licensee may provide live entertainment for its patrons. Live entertainment includes, but is not limited to, group performances, bands or stage shows. However, no cabaret license shall be required if the live entertainment is limited to a single musical instrument which accompanies group singing by patrons.
