§ 111.120 LICENSE FOR TEMPORARY VINTAGE WINE AUCTIONS, OFF-SALE.
   A temporary license may be issued for the off-sale of vintage wine at an auction. The term VINTAGE WINE means bottled wine which is at least 5 years old. The license is to be effective for no more than 3 consecutive days and the auction shall not sell more than 600 cases of wine. The requirements for liability insurance shall not be applicable and no investigation fee is required.
