§ 111.089 LIQUOR SAMPLES.
   A licensee with an off-sale intoxicating liquor license may provide samples of malt liquor, wine, liqueurs, or cordials, which the licensee has in stock, and is offering for sale to the general public. The samples must be dispensed at no charge and are to be consumed in the licensees’ premises during permitted hours of off-sale in a quantity of less than 100 milliliters of malt liquor per variety per customer, 50 milliliters of wine per variety per customer, and 25 milliliters of liqueur or cordials per variety per customer.
