A temporary on-sale license for intoxicating liquor may be issued to a club or charitable, religious or other nonprofit organization in existence for at least 3 years. The license may authorize the sale of intoxicating liquor for not more than 3 consecutive days in connection with a social event within the city sponsored by the applicant. No investigation fee shall be paid. Liability insurance is required.
