§ 111.035 REPORTING ILLEGAL CONDUCT.
   Licensees and their employees shall report to the police all illegal conduct committed by customers occurring within the licensed premises. The report must be made within 24 hours of the occurrence and shall include the identity of the customer(s) and a description of the conduct.
