§ 111.029 RESIDENT AGENT.
   Before a liquor license or set-up permit will be issued, the applicant shall appoint in writing a natural person who is a resident of the city to act as its agent for service of notices or other process relating to the license. The agent must be a person who could qualify individually as a licensee.
