§ 111.001 APPLICATION.
   This chapter shall apply to all transactions involving alcoholic beverages within the city. Furthermore, this chapter is intended to act as a localized supplement to M.S. Ch. 340A, the Minnesota Liquor Act, as it may be amended from time to time.
