§ 94.02 AIR POLLUTION CONTROL RULES.
   The Air Pollution Control Rules, as amended from time to time, promulgated by the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency, are hereby adopted by reference. Three copies of said Rules shall be marked CITY OF NORTH MANKATO - OFFICIAL COPY and kept on file in the office of the City Administrator and shall be open to inspection and use by the public.
