§ 32.04 LEGAL DEPARTMENT.
   A Legal Department is established. The Council shall appoint a City Attorney, who shall be head of the Legal Department, together with such assistants as may be necessary. The City Attorney shall perform such duties as are required of him or her or her by law or referred to him or her or her by the Council. It shall be the official duty of the City Attorney to act as "Revisor of Ordinances."
