§ 90.197 CITY ABATEMENT OF NUISANCE.
   Upon the written consent of the property owner or pursuant to court order, the city may abate a public nuisance. The actual cost of the abatement procedure shall constitute an assessment against the affected private property and shall be collected in the manner authorized by this chapter.
