§ 90.196 COURT PROCEDURE.
   If the owner or occupant of the private real estate fails to abate a public nuisance in accordance with the procedures of this section, and further fails to provide the city with written consent to abate the nuisance, then upon authorization of the City Council, the City Attorney shall petition the District Court for a Writ for the Abatement of a Nuisance. Upon the issuance of such a Writ, the City Administrator shall proceed to abate such nuisance. The cost of such court procedure, including actual attorney's fees, shall be added to the cost of the abatement procedure for assessment purposes.
