§ 90.193 NOTICE OF PUBLIC NUISANCE.
   Upon the determination of the City Administrator that a certain condition constitutes a public nuisance, then notice of that determination shall be provided to the owner and occupant of the affected private property. The notice shall be made by first class mail, addressed to the owner and occupant at their last known addresses. If the property is not occupied, then a copy of the notice shall also be posted in a conspicuous place on the property.
