§ 90.082 TRANSPORTING AND STORING ELM WOOD PROHIBITED.
   It is unlawful for any person to transport or store within the city any bark-bearing elm wood without having obtained a permit from the Inspector. The Inspector shall grant such permits only when the purposes of this subchapter will be served.
