§ 90.081 SPRAYING ELM TREES.
   Whenever the Inspector determines that any shade tree or shade tree wood within the city is infected, nearby high value shade trees shall be sprayed. Spraying activities authorized by this subchapter shall be conducted in accordance with technical and expert opinions and plans of the Commissioner of Agriculture and under the supervision of the Commissioner whenever possible.
