§ 90.079 UNLAWFUL ACT.
   It is unlawful for any owner of private property containing a public nuisance as defined in this section to fail to abate the public nuisance. Upon the failure of the owner of private property to abate such a nuisance, the Inspector shall proceed in the manner prescribed by this chapter to abate the same.
