It shall be unlawful for any person or business organization to engage in the occupation of pruning, treating, or removing public trees without first filing with the City Forester a Certificate of Insurance for liability insurance of at least $300,000 concerning any singular claim and $1,000,000 for any number of claims arising out of a single occurrence. Such insurance policy shall name the city as an additional insured. Furthermore, such person or organization shall indemnify the city and hold it harmless from any claims resulting from the pursuit of such occupation.
