§ 90.060 PUBLIC TREE PLANTING.
   It is unlawful for any person to plant a tree, shrub, hedge or similar vegetation on public property without first obtaining the written permission of the City Forester. A person desiring to plant a public tree shall submit a request to the City Forester, specifying both the species of tree which is proposed to be planted, as well as the proposed location of planting. The City Forester shall respond in writing to the request as soon as reasonably possible.
