§ 90.050 LITTER PROHIBITED.
   It is unlawful for any person to do any of the following: discard litter except into public receptacles and in such a manner that the litter will not be carried by the elements upon any part of a park. If public receptacles are not available, litter shall be carried away from the park by the person responsible for its presence and properly discarded elsewhere.
