(A) It is unlawful for any person to swim or wade in, or to travel in any boat or other floatation device upon any lakes or streams in any park, except in areas designated for such purposes.
(B) It is unlawful for any person to walk, ice skate, or to be upon the frozen surface of a body of water in any park where it has been sign-posted that the frozen surface is unsafe.
