§ 90.043 OPERATION OF MOTOR VEHICLES.
   (A)   Motor vehicles may be operated only upon the roads or parking lots of a park. It is unlawful for any person to operate any motorized vehicle on the natural terrain or improved pedestrian walkways of any city park.
   (B)   It is unlawful for the owner or person responsible for a motorized vehicle to knowingly allow another to operate it in violation of this section.
