§ 90.040 REGULATIONS.
   The City Administrator is empowered to issue regulations concerning the administration of city parks. The regulations may address closing hours, swimming pool hours, protection of wild animals and birds, and such other issues as may prove to be necessary. The regulations shall be legally effective upon posting within a park.
