A City Building Inspector shall inspect all improvements to the extent deemed necessary. Any work which fails to meet the requirements of applicable standards shall be corrected, all at the exclusive expense of the responsible property owner. The Inspector may order any work to be stopped if it is found to be unsatisfactory and the contractor or owner refuse to obey the Inspector’s orders.
