§ 31.02 FINANCE DIRECTOR/CITY TREASURER; CITY CLERK.
   (A)   Finance Director/City Treasurer.
      (1)   Position established. The position of Finance Director is created and established.
      (2)   Powers and duties. The City Administrator shall perform all the duties required by the Minnesota Statutes, City Code, and City Council of the office of City Treasurer or shall appoint a designee to fulfill such duties.
   (B)   City Clerk.
      (1)   Position established. The position of City Clerk is created and established.
      (2)   Powers and duties. The City Administrator shall be responsible for all duties required by Minnesota Statutes, City Code, and the City Council for the position of City Clerk and shall appoint a designee to fulfill such duties.
