§ 30.02 COUNCIL MEETINGS.
   Regular meetings of the Council shall be held in the Council chambers on the first and third Mondays of each month at 7:00 p.m. unless a federal holiday falls on the first or third Monday of the month, the Council shall meet on Tuesday at 7:00 p.m. of that week.
