(A) No cannabinoid product may be sold from a dispensing machine.
(B) No cannabinoid product may be sold by law online, through a delivery service, by transient sales or by any movable place of business.
(C) All cannabinoid products must be sold in child resistant packaging.
(D) It is unlawful for any person to sell or give away any cannabinoid in a form to any person under the age of 21. Businesses shall verify by means of a government issued photographic identification that the person is over the age of 21.
(E) Any product placed for sale must conform to the labeling requirements under Minnesota Statute Law.
(F) Any product placed for sale must be sold in child resistant packaging.
