Unless otherwise provided, the following acts shall be a violation of this chapter:
(A) Illegal sales. It shall be a violation of this chapter for any person to sell otherwise provide any licensed product to a person who has not reached the age of 21.
(B) Illegal possession. It shall be a violation of this chapter for any person under the age of 21 to have in possession any licensed product. This shall not apply to persons under the age of 21 lawfully involved in a compliance check.
(C) Illegal use. It shall be a violation of this chapter for any person under the age of 21 years to consume or otherwise use any licensed product.
(D) Illegal procurement. It shall be a violation of this chapter for any person under the age of 21 to purchase or attempt to purchase, obtain or attempt to obtain, any licensed product, and it shall be a violation of this chapter for any person to purchase or otherwise obtain those items on behalf of a person under the age of 21. This shall not apply to a person under of the age of 21 who is involved in a compliance check.
(E) Violation a misdemeanor. Any person who violated a provision of this section when he or she performs an act thereby prohibited and upon conviction thereof, shall be punished as a misdemeanor.
