§ 114.01 CANNABIS AND MARIJUANA SMOKING.

   (A)   Prohibited activities. No person shall smoke, vape, or ingest by smoking or vaping any cannabinoid or product derived from marijuana or hemp in any of the following locations:

      (1)   Anywhere smoking is prohibited by the Minnesota Clean Indoor Air Act;

      (2)   Inside any transit shelter;

      (3)   In any city park other than Benson Park, Bluff Park, Wheeler Park, or Spring Lake Park.

   (B)   Where permitted. In Benson Park, Bluff Park, Wheeler Park, or Spring Lake Park, smoking, vaping, or ingesting by smoking or vaping any cannabinoid shall be allowed only in designated smoking areas or as part of a properly permitted festival.

   (C)   Prohibited in presence of minor. In no case shall a person smoke, vape, or ingest by smoking or vaping any cannabinoid in the presence of a minor.
