Unless otherwise provided, the following acts shall be a violation of this chapter:
(A) Illegal sales. It shall be a violation of this chapter for any person to sell or otherwise provide any licensed product to a person who has not reached the age of 21.
(B) Illegal possession. It shall be a violation of this chapter for any person under the age of 21 to possess any licensed product. This shall not apply to persons under the age of 21 lawfully involved in a compliance check.
(C) Illegal use. It shall be a violation of this chapter for any person under the age of 21 to consume or otherwise use any licensed product.
(D) Illegal procurement. It shall be a violation of this chapter for any person under the age of 21 to purchase or attempt to purchase, obtain or attempt to obtain any licensed product. It shall be a violation of this chapter for any person to purchase or otherwise obtain those items on behalf of a person under the age of 21. This shall not apply to a person under the age of 21 who is involved in a compliance check.
(E) Violation is a misdemeanor. A person who violates a provision of this subdivision when they perform an act hereby prohibited, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished as a misdemeanor.
