§ 157.03 LICENSE REQUIRED.
   No owner of a short-term rental located within a residential zoning district shall rent, offer for rent, or advertise for rent to another person(s) without first obtaining a short-term license. As part of the licensing process, all short-term rental dwellings will be subject to inspection by the Building Official or Building Inspector.
