All construction and demolition contractors shall provide on-site refuse receptacles containers for loose debris, paper, building material waste and other refuse. Contents within the receptacle shall be contained with a cover, netting or other means. The containers shall be emptied after being filled. All excess constructions materials and soils shall be removed by the contractor upon completion of the construction project.
