§ 53.44 RESPONSIBILITY FOR OBSTRUCTING OR DAMAGING SEWERS.
   If a public sewer becomes obstructed or damaged because any of the aforementioned substances were improperly discharged, the person or persons responsible for such discharges shall reimburse the town for the expenses incurred by the town for cleaning out, repairing, rebuilding the sewer or for any litigations or damaged claims resulting therefrom, including legal fees and court costs.
