In accordance with the statutes of the state, the Town Council has established the following general rules and regulations for the safe, economical and efficient management and operation of the town’s Sewage utility, for the construction and use of sewers, building sewers, appurtenances and connections to the sewerage system; for the regulation, collection, and refunding of the rates and charges for sewerage service; and refunding of the rates and charges for sewerage service; and for the implementation of the provisions of this chapter.
