§ 70.76 STANDARD EQUIPMENT REGULATIONS.

   All golf carts/UTVs shall be equipped with the following:

   (A)   Brakes that are in good working condition;

   (B)   One or more white lights that are visible from a distance of 500 feet to the front of the golf cart/UTV;

   (C)   Taillights that are visible from a distance of 500 feet to the rear of the golf cart/UTV;

   (D)   Rear working brake lights which are visible from a distance of 500 feet to the rear of the golf cart/UTV;

   (E)   DOT approved slow moving vehicle sign on the back of the golf cart/ATV or the cart shall have a safety flag on a staff holder to put such flag at least five feet above the surface of the street;

   (F)   Rear view mirror; and

   (G)   Front and rear working turn signals.
