§ 156.454 EXPIRATION OF SPECIAL EXCEPTION USE PERMIT.
   (A)   A special exception permit shall be deemed to authorize only one particular special exception use and the permit shall automatically expire if, for any reason, the has not begun within one year after the special exception permit was issued or the use ceases operation or existence for more than one year.
   (B)   The Board of Zoning Appeals can extend the time frame for one additional year for good cause shown by the applicant. The extension must be applied for prior to the expiration of the special use permit on which the extension is being sought.
