The Board of Zoning Appeals may impose additional conditions and safeguards deemed necessary for the general welfare, for the protection of individual property rights and for insuring that the intent and objectives of this subchapter are be observed. The Board of Zoning Appeals shall also review the guidelines contained in Appendix B and may impose those guidelines or other regulations as it deems appropriate.
