§ 156.314 LOT DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS.

   The following development standards shall apply to lots located within the “FP” Floodplain District:

Minimum lot area	None
Maximum impervious surface coverage	As required by the Department of Natural Resources
Minimum lot width at building line	None
Minimum front yard setback	None
Minimum side yard setback	None
Minimum rear yard setback	None
Maximum building height	35 feet principal use
	15 feet accessory use
