§ 156.234 LOT DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS.

   The following development standards shall apply to lots located within the “B-G” Business General District:

Minimum lot area	None
Maximum impervious surface coverage	70%
Minimum lot width at building line	None
Minimum front yard setback	None
Minimum side yard setback	5 feet principal and accessory use
	10 feet principal and accessory use when abutting a residential district
Minimum rear yard setback	15 feet principal and accessory use
Maximum building height	35 feet principal use
	15 feet accessory use
