   The following uses are permitted as special exception uses in the “RMF-H” Residence Multi-Family High Density District:

Public and Semi-Public Uses
Non-Residential Uses
• Assisted living facility or retirement home
• Cemetery
• Club or lodge
• Bed and breakfast establishment
• Educational institution; college or university
• Day care center
• Group home
• Essential services
• Recreation facility; outdoor
• Mobile home park
• Park and playground
• Nursing home
• Public buildings and services
• Religious place of worship
