   The following uses are permitted as of right in the “RMF-H” Residence Multi-Family High Density District:
 
Residential Uses
Public and Semi-Public Uses
Non-Residential Uses
• Multi-family dwelling
• Educational institution; elementary, middle and high school
• None
• Single-family dwelling; detached
• Two-family dwelling
