(A) The intent of this district is to provide for the highest density residential areas representing a mix of single-family, two-family and multi-family dwellings. Net densities are at five to 14 dwelling units per acre.
(B) Permitted uses generally include, but are not limited to, single-, two- and multi-family residential dwellings, institutional, public and recreational uses that serve the needs of residents living in the area.
