§ 153.12 ABROGATION AND GREATER RESTRICTIONS.

(A) This chapter repeals and supersedes all provisions contained in this code of ordinances regulating development in or upon or use of land in flood hazard areas.

(B) Where this chapter and other ordinances, easements, covenants or deed restrictions conflict or overlap, whichever imposes the more stringent restrictions shall take precedence.
