The town specifically acknowledges and adopts and incorporates by references all policies, procedures and definitions as spelled out in I.C. 36-7-9-1 et seq., as the policies, procedures and definitions, and more specifically adopts the definition of “known or recorded substantial property interest” in I.C. 36-7-9-2.
