§ 152.42  ALTERATIONS, ADDITIONS AND REPAIRS.
   All buildings or structures which are required to be repaired under the provisions of this subchapter shall be repaired according to the requirements of the building codes adopted by the town and all other applicable building codes, state, local or otherwise.
