§ 113.09  TAXIMETER REQUIREMENTS.
   Every taxicab licensed pursuant to this chapter shall be equipped with a taximeter which shall be kept operating at all times within such standards of accuracy as may be prescribed by the Town Marshal and which shall be installed in such a manner as to permit the passenger to see the amount of the fare as registered.
