Economic growth provides an essential element of a community’s lifestyle. Quality jobs and stable employment are necessary for the growth and enhancement of a community. The purpose of this enactment is to establish goals by defining objectives and outlining standards for economic growth, with controls on the impact of that development on the quality of life in the town’s community.
