§ 91.03 STORAGE.

(A) Any vehicle removed pursuant to this subchapter shall be impounded until lawfully claimed or disposed of in accordance with the Indiana Code. The impounded vehicle shall be stored at a garage of the town, or in a privately owned garage as designated by the town.

(B) Notice of the impoundment shall be given in accordance with I.C. 9-22-1-19.
