§ 31.05  TOWN MANAGER.
   (A)   The administrative head of the government of the town shall be the Town Manager.
   (B)   The Town Manager shall serve at the pleasure of the Town Council which shall fix the compensation and determine terms of employment.
   (C)   The Town Manager shall execute a bond for the faithful performance of his or her duties.
   (D)   The Town Manager shall exercise the powers and duties enumerated in I.C. 36-5-5-8 and such other powers and duties as may from time to time be authorized by ordinance or written order of the Town Council.
